Please provide as much detail as possible, including your contact information, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting documents.
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We aim to resolve most complaints within 7 working days.
- If your complaint requires further investigation, we will keep you updated and aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks.
If You’re Not Satisfied
If your complaint relates to V12 Retail Finance and you are not satisfied with our final response or if 8 weeks have passed without resolution, you may refer your complaint to:
